I binged!!!!!!!!

Hello, My fellow Butterflies I binged for 3 days I gained 8 pounds so now Today I'm fasting October/28/2013 Till December/8/2013 I know it long it 41 days but After fasting i tend to not binge and I keep the weight off really good After my fast i'll do a two week soup diet any type of soup nothing but soup! Then i'll do raw food diet nothing but veggies and fruits no breads pasta etc. I'll keep you guys all updated everyday!!!!.

What going with 2468 ?

Hello, Well I stop 2468 yesterday to do a cabbage soup diet I have binged for 2 days so I'm fasting till Saturday! then doing the cabbage soup diet for 2 weeks but on Saturday ill have a normal lunch because I'm not going to be home ill be at Cedar point with my family so I can't bring soup that would be weird Then the next day I'll do cabbage soup but i'll stick my menu down for Saturday.

         with 1 tsp peanut butter 23 calories 
                    with a battle of water 
                  and 1 carrot 30 calories=153
                         -That all I am having that day 
                                     Only if my parents 
                                       make me eat other things. :/

With 1 bake potato with a pinch of salt an pepper

My mom made me change my lunch to a potato then the rye peanut butter 
sandwich I was going to have the potato was very dry and It got stuck in my throat I feel FAT.

Dark Rye with 1 tsp of all natural peanut butter 23 calories 
Dinner-1/2 cup Tomato Soup 90 calories with

I have been feeling sick so i need to eat a little more today
 ill do better tomorrow.

Hello, I started a 1 month fast it day 3 and it going good but the fast will end 20 of November for thanks giving and it will start back up aging on the 29 and end aging for x-mas on the 18 soon ill be stick thin.
