Morning- Nothing
Lunch- Tomato Soup 1/2 cup 90 calories with 1 slice of 
Dark Rye with 1 tsp of all natural peanut butter 23 calories 
Dinner-1/2 cup Tomato Soup 90 calories with 
3 bean salad 1/3 cup 60 calories = 313 
I have been feeling sick so i need to eat a little more today
 ill do better tomorrow.
